Will the EU create regulation by Jan 2021 that requires online customer service agents to identify themselves as chatbots/human/both?
With A.I. becoming more sophisticated to the point we can't tell who we're conversing with on chat function (over the phone!), will there be a need for regulators to intervene.
There is an ethical concern that companies are aware of, but maybe governments will still need to create some regulatory protocol for this. By January 2021, will we see the EU adopt a regulation that requires online customer facing support agents to identify themselves as AI chatbot/ humans /both?

Metaculus help: Community Stats
Use the community stats to get a better sense of the community consensus (or lack thereof) for this question. Sometimes people have wildly different ideas about the likely outcomes, and sometimes people are in close agreement.
